well, it seems deactivating an account on Plurk no longer works. >( Given I deleted this WEEKS ago.
Plurk automatically re-activates deactivated accounts when you log in :'D
But I didn't log on........senpai just told me I'd been tagged and therefore the account existed :|
it was already active, before I logged back on ><; stupid useless plurk
