拔絲洗乾淨, 蒜頭蔥切成末備用. 鍋中倒入3匙橄欖油(半煎炸)油熱後把四季豆到入煸, 煸到有點黑黑乾乾的. 然後倒在盤子上用廚房紙巾把多餘的油吸乾. 接著倒出鍋中多餘的油, 再來把蒜蔥末倒入鍋中爆香, 煸好的四季豆也倒入,(續)

然後灑上適量的胡椒鹽, 辣椒粉拌勻就是好吃香噴噴的椒鹽四季豆啦.....
