advantage ang may picture ang resume. Helps the HR person identify the applicant when interview time comes

(tipong kung nag-aapply ka sa isang company tapos may kasabayan ka, di malilito si interviewer)

that said, yung nasa resume ko 1x1 lang, so I don't really think there's a standard. xD
