a friend of mine admitted to me that he feels the same way, cos he's worked with most girls from our batch and they suck daw.
couldn't control pro tools efficiently, indecisive with mic placements, not fast enough.... haay.
but you're different! 
so looking back, it's true that women should give 110% more just to feel equal among their peers
cos they have so much "bad reputation" to get away from...
