gets his ice skates out and waits for Mitzi to be ready as well.
her stuff ready as well, she's just trying to find her hat.
smiles at her, "I hope it's not too crowded."
nods as she finally found it and pulled it on. "I doubt it will be."
frowns "Is today not a good day for it?"
blinks at that and shrugs, "People just haven't been going out as much lately."
"Oh, okay. I like your hat."
pauses a moment, "ah... thank you." She moved to fix his hair a bit, "I like yours."
smiles, "Thanks. So ready to go?"
nods as she grabbed her bag. "Yep!"
grabs up his bag and begins to head out.
follows him out, locking the door behind them.
reaches out to take Mitzi's hand since they usually walk that way.
smiles at that as she took his hand.
holds Mitzi's hand and starts walking toward the ice skating rink happily.
walks with him contently.
"So how was your morning?"
looks over at him, the question catching her off guard. "It was okay... how was your morning?"
"Good, just picked up some cloth and thread from the store."
nods a bit, "that's good. Are you planning on making something?"
nods his head, "I was going to make myself a new shirt, but I have a pair of pants to hem too."
him a curious look at that, "that sounds like fun."
Aloys
thinks 13 years ago
about that, "Ja, I have fun doing it. I'm not sure it's for everyone though."
nods as she smiled a bit more. "Well I know it's not for me."
looks over at Mitzi. "That's okay, you do a lot of other important things."
shrugs a bit as she held his hand a bit tighter. "I don't know."
her a curious look "What do you mean? You don't think so?"
shrugs a bit, "I don't know really."
"I think you do a lot." Swings their hands a little bit.
smiles a little at that, "well I'm glad you think that."
smiles and notices that they are almost to the rink.
focused on getting to the rink now, still holding his hand tightly.
continues to smile as they walk in. "I haven't done this is so long."
nods in agreement, "same."
sits down on one of the benches to change into his skates. "Well you were right at least, not too many people to see us fall!"
