I have no idea what it is!

It's a Moroccan meat pie, traditionally made with squab but I use chicken

It sounds weird when I describe the ingredients, but they all mesh SO WELL

chicken, cooked with saffron, ginger and cinnamon in butter and oil, then shredded and put on a couple layers of phyllo dough

then topped with a mixture of scrambled eggs, onions, cardamom, parsley, and the sauce that is created when braising the chicken

covered with a thin layer of phyllo dough, then sprinkled with toasted almonds, powdered sugar and more cinnamon

and then another few layers of phyllo on top of that, baked until brown, and topped yet again with cinnamon and sugar

That sounds amazing.
