woke up a bit late on Christmas day, and the first thing he did after getting dressed was to march up to Mukuro's room with gift in hand.

ready to apologize, or do whatever it took to get things back to normal, because this really didn't feel right, but--
found himself dumbly looking around at an empty room. Again.

turned around and went back to his room and stuffed Mukuro's gift into the corner along with the groceries.
then remembered that he had a pet to look after now, and he quickly went downstairs to check on Hayato (the rabbit).

glad to see that he was doing okay. And Hayato greeted him by lying flat on his belly on the cage floor.
wondered if it was an invitation for petting. =w=
obliged, and immediately felt his spirits lifting. Nothing like bonding with a tiny furry animal to cheer him up. :'D
refilled the food bowl and the water bottle, and then closed the cage door securely.
didn't think it would be a good idea to let the kids play with the rabbit just yet. He was still too young and fragile.
would have to make sure that Bianchi didn't get any ideas about using her poison cooking skills using rabbits, too. DD:
... wondered what he was going to do for the rest of the day. Everyone was out celebrating Christmas, and the house was empty.....
..... might as well go around delivering everyone's gifts. ._.
went back upstairs and grabbed the paper bags and left.
probably wouldn't be back for the rest of the day.
