just...sitting and reading. People do that, right? He had the intention to cook, but he heard a knock at the door. He soon closes his book,
straining his ears to see if he could pick up anything that would foreshadow bad...things. But he gets up and goes to answer the door.
frowns as she sees someone she doesn't expect open the door. She was sure she had the right house.
the stranger a small smile; the young woman reminds him of someone he sort of knows. "Hello, miss. What brings you here...?"
looks around him into the house- it sure looked the same as her sister's- before looking at him again. "I was looking for my sister."
his smile flicker, but he manages to keep one up. "I...I am sorry. There is no female living here."
a bit. "But I'm quite sure I'm at the right house..." She looks over him trying to figure out what was wrong. He did look familiar...
"Are you Lithuania by any chance?" It was worth trying since she did know there were counterparts.
nods slowly. If he did not know any better, he would have guessed that she was the mail man. "Yes, yes I am. Is there something I can do for
smiles again glad that she was right. "Well then, it's a pleasure to meet you! My name is Evelin, Evelin von Bock."
blinks. "von Bock?" he asks, not entirely sure where it is all leading to. But from what he could tell-- "Estonia...?"
nods. "The counterpart of the one you know, and you would be my sister's counterpart."
can...accept this, he supposes. A lot of things do not make sense these days-- "Oh...? Estonia is not my brother, though."
nods more. "Well... I guess my Lithuania isn't my sister either... but I like referring to her as that."
does not know too much about Estonia. Really, they did not have much in common-- they were only tortured together. "I apologise-- do you
understands that, but she rather liked to think it was like they were sisters. She liked thinking positively. "Well if you don't mind." She
curious about the counterparts.
shakes his head, stepping away to give her room to go in the house. "No, it is fine." Cooking could wait...he supposes.
smiles a bit. "Thank you." She steps inside looking around a bit. She takes off her coat a bit. "I didn't interrupt anything, did I?"
, "No-- no, of course not!" He takes her jacket, moving to hang it up in the closet.
probably now looks more like Eduard with her coat off.... or like she took the clothes from his closet and alter them to have a skirt
instead of pants. "Are you sure?"
she is an...unusual looking version of Estonia. "Yes, of course. So, um, what brings you here?"
would guess the other is used to the other version more. "I was going to check on my sister. I thought she might have been here as well."
blinks. "I have not seen her around, I think. It's just me right now."
nods then. "I guess she just isn't around yet then. I haven't seen my younger sister either." She sighs a bit. She's worried what Latvia
might get into with Evelin knowing it.
assuming she is talking about Latvia. Though he does not feel close to Latvia, either. "I'm sorry. Have you tried calling them...?"
a bit before shaking her head. "I wanted to check this way first. Though that would be good to do."
would sort of think so. He forces himself to smile. "Would you like some water?"
probably will call them later then. She frowns when he smiles. She isn't easily tricked by those smiles. "Not really. Nor do I like you_
forcing smiles." She was blunt at times.
(Don't mind that other post that makes no sense if you still see it.)
blinks, trying to fight his face falling. "...Maybe you should leave, then?"
(Um... I'm making sure. He's telling her to leave since she doesn't like forced smiles? Or did it seem like she said she didn't like him?)
(He would prefer that she does not feel she is wasting her time.)
pouts at him. "Why?" Did she upset him somehow?
(Thanks... I though I might have accidentally did some random deleting or something)
not able to handle unhappy guests all that well. "You're looking for your sisters, right?"
isn't unhappy. She was more inwardly curious. "I can find them later. I like meeting the counterparts anyways." Like him.
being considered himself as opposed to counterpart. "Oh...Um. Would you like *anything*?"
just grouping them off: those from her world and the counterparts of those she knows. She thinks for a second. "Other than wanting to know_
your name, I think I'm fine. Now that I think about it, I better be heading back. I sort of headed here once I was finished with my work_
since it was supposed to be a short look. Can't be too sure if my pets will get into anything if I don't get back soon."
a tad confused-- that means she is leaving? He steps away to get her coat out of the closet to return it to her. "My name is Toris...Ah. You
thanks him for getting her coat and slips it on. "Yes, quite a few actually. They are about round and whitish, and they can talk~ Such_
cute things. You should come and see them sometime." She hums a bit. "Toris. That's a nice name."
