Spinish Lasagna is a good idea. My dad doesn't like eggplant and fish is too initimidating. Did I mention I don't really cook...

Actually the 2 vegetarians attending r not Jewish. And, while I"m not Kosher, shellfish wouldn't feel quite right. I appreciate the thought.
