Yo you shooting for senior this year?

lol, only 2 people in my entire group (200ish) got promoted in 2 years. i highly doubt i am that bright

i know there are some people in tax who started with me want to be promoted this year... i wanna give it a try tii, although my coach

isnt quite supportive of early promote. but there are so many seniors and managers left this year, so there are a good chance of early promo

thats true, dude i hope you get it!!!! if i get it... then ill try it out, but i am putting 0 hopes in it.

last year i got exceeding expectation on all but 1 PFF and my raise was still only average among my peers..... so i believe system is rigged
