we've been using the screen recorder with the smartboard software.... free for 1000 users if you have one smartboard....

otherwise Quicktime X has a built in screen recording to it that works pretty well

I didn't think there was a SMART recorder for Mac??

with Snow Leopard you get QuickTime Pro which has a screen recorder option & that's what I usually use. I've also used Jing & SMART Recorder
