it for dance? how is ur PT like?
run 10 rounds around room lifting ur legs, turn around another 10 rounds kicking ur legs
then immediately 50 xiao tiao and 50 tai jiao tiao

we do something else but oso very KNS. we oso got do that lift leg thing we do 20 front & back and last one must hold for 10secs :-o
