……(舉手)那個,"大阪"是日本地方名;"豆瓣醬"是中式調味料(當然在日韓也很常用),其中也有黃色的,通常會用來燒肉或者當佐料

抱歉,原來有不同……豆瓣醬/豆板醬是辣的,多用來燒肉、魚或者當沾醬;大醬/味噌/豆醬則是不辣的,多用來煮湯;「大阪醬」則沒有聽過,可能是指大阪燒的醬汁=炒蕎麥麵的濃豉油?
