How did it get hacked? Like, how did you figure out it got hacked?

If it's a virus, etc. you should probably just reformat, using your recovery disk, or drive.

oh so what happened is that I went online and my laptop screamed at me. then all of my anti-virus stuff went crazy. then it actually found

ip address that was hacking me. but thats not even the creepy part.the next day I got a call and they ask if i was having problems with my

computer or laptop and my credit card info. :/

You probably have to reformat the hard drive. Do you have a recovery disk that came with your laptop?

You can probably order one from your laptop manufacturer, or you can just get a Windows 7, or Vista, whichever you were using, disc.

If you were using 7, I think we have one you could use
