lazing on France's couch, after helping him with more paperwork.
knocks on the door, hoping she is in.
hears the knock on the door and wonders if France is expecting anyone. She supposes she can answer on his behalf anyway. "Coming~" She opens
the door and is surprised that Russia is standing there. "Ah, Russie! Are you looking for Francis?"
shook his head before rushing forward and hugging her. "Mari!...Please...I need your help,da?"
surprised by the hug, but she hugs him back anyway. "Ah, come in then. What is the matter, cher?"
walks in, a look of confusion on his face. "I..I think I...l-love someone..." he stuttered out.
grins brightly at this, hugging him tightly. "That's great, cher! Come, tell me who it is~" She leads him to the couch and sits with him.
gaspes, face flushing from the hug but he lets himself be led to the couch. He sits and shivers, trying to speak.
smiles and encourages him to speak. "Go on, don't be shy~ How did you find this person? And what is her name?"
finally spoke, fidgetting. "T..the problem is that...they like someone else...and the someone else is..a friend...that I am certain likes
frowns a little at the problem presented to her. "Hmm... That's tough then... Have you talked to this person you like? Found out their_
feelings?" She guesses that Ivan doesn't want to name anyone out of shyness.
looked down sadly. "Da...but..even if they did like me back...the friend...i would be betraying because I know he likes the Amerika as well
..........I..I am a terrible person,da?"
widens her eyes in surprise when he mentions America. She tries not to let it show in her expression though. She shakes her head, putting an
arm around his shoulders for comfort. "Non, non, it's simply the way love works sometimes. Perhaps... you should talk to the both of them_
and see if you can't work things out?"
bit his lip. "I...I dont think that is a good idea...It would be better for Amerika to be with England.....as their friend it is only right
that I help them find happiness..." he said. 'Although it would mean I do not get my own...' he thought to himself.
frowns now, "What is with this attitude, cher? You love Amerique, oui? You want him, oui? Then deliver a challenge to Angleterre and fight_
for the right to have him! We'll see who courts him the best, oui? He can be the one to choose. Since Angleterre hasn't made a move in such_
a long time, it's your turn to make a move now."
felt torn, he honestly did want the American but he didnt want to do anything that would hurt his friendship with England. "I...what if
Amerika doesnt accept me?...Or what if England starts hating me?...I..It has been so long since I have had anyone I
can even remotly call a friend...I dont want to lose it..." he admitted, feeling the tears fall down his cheeks.
pulls out her handkerchief and rubs away his tears. "Chin up, cher. Do you want Amerique or not? You'll always have to sacrifice something_
for love. But it's worth it in the end, oui? We can talk it out with Angleterre first, he might understand."
adds gently. "I'll always be your friend, Russie. And I'm sure Francis will too."
pulled her into another hug. "Thank you...I..I will talk to Amerika...I..I just hope he doesnt beat me up after...he is strong,da?"
hugs back and smiles reassuringly at him. "I can be there to smooth the way, oui? They might not be as tense if I'm around? If you'd like me
nodded, would really like that.
"Shall we go now? There's no time like the present after all." She tilts her head, it was all Russia's call. It was his heart at stake.
shyly nodded, standing awnwardly. "Da...L-lets go.)
stands up and opens the door, waiting for Russia to leave with her. She hopes England or America are at home.
walked out and fidgeted like a skittish mouse. "S-should we visit Amerika or E-england first?"
hums, she doesn't know, honestly. "Would you like to talk to England and see if he agrees first?"
slowly nods, hoping the Englishman wouldnt hate him for this.
follows along, letting him lead the way. She was only here to watch and help after all. It was all up to Russia.
as jumpy as a rabbit as they got to England's home. (make a plurk?)
