creeps up behind and pokes him before walking to the kitchen.
keeps staring at the ceiling, ignoring the poking.
hmph's in frustration at having been ignored and decides to make a lot of noise going through stuff in his kitchen.
knows she's there, just didn't want to give her the satisfaction of him jumping in surprise.
'accidentally' drops a few pans on the ground before pouting her way to the fridge and pulling out some milk.
"You break it, you replace it."
ignored him and poured a glass of milk, putting everything neatly away before stalking back to the living room and sitting next to him.
glances over at her. "Oh, how thoughtful." He reaches over to grab at the glass of milk.
stares at him with a frown. How immature.
takes a sip, not feeling like acting mature today.
doesn't think he ever acts mature.
would be offended if he knew. He passes the glass back to her. "Tak."
takes the glass back and rolls her eyes while taking a drink.
goes back to staring at the ceiling.
lays on his lap. She was too lazy to pester him right now.
raises an eyebrow and stares at him. This was pestering him. "What are you doing?"
doesn't answer him and stretches out over the couch, kneading his leg to make it a sufficient pillow.
grumbles faintly. "Get off..."
sets the milk down on an end table and folds her arm under her head, closing her eyes. "I'm comfortable."
lifts her arm and tries to slide out from under her.
rolls his eyes. "Ice... let go."
"Why?" She pouts, refusing to let go.
"But you're comfortable."
sighs. "Just get off me, I'm not in the mood for this."
"My Norge lets me lay on her lap." She frowned.
shrugs. "And I'm not your Norge, so get off."
"Fine." She says with a dark grimace as she storms out.
blinks a little in surprise, wondering why she reacted like that. Maybe it was true about girls being more emotional...
doesn't bother to grab a jacket or sweater before storming out the front door, slamming it loudly as she stalks off.
frowns and gets up, walking out after her. "Hey... I'm sorry."
ignores him and continues walking. At least it wasn't as cold as the water she and Tristian stood in the other day.
catches up with her and walks alongside her. "I'm sorry."
goes out of her way to ignore him… and accidentally wants in to a tree.
sighs and reaches out to pull her into a hug. "Are you okay?"
rubs her nose. Her face was red with embarrassment and she felt like she was going to cry. She shoved him off. "I'm fine."
tries to keep his hold on her, shaking his head. "No you're not. I'm sorry, okay?"
"Leave me alone." She sniffled, her lower lip quivering and removing any imposing look she may have had as she tried to pry him off feebly.
shakes his head. "Nei. Tell me what's wrong."
shook her head stubbornly but gave up fighting so that she could focus on not crying in front of him.
pets her back a little. "It's okay... you can tell me."
clung to him like a child. He even *smelled* like her Norge. She sniffled in to his chest and shook her head. If she talked she would cry,
and if she cried she would look even more like an idiot… as though the scrape on her nose wasn't enough.
wouldn't care if she cried. He keeps slowly petting her back. "I promise it's okay..."
"I…" She sniffled. "Why isn't my sister here yet?" He was almost as effeminate as her, smelled and looked like her, and even dressed like
her, so it was easy to trick her mind in to a false sense of security… but he *wasn't* her. She felt hopeless, like her sister would never
return and she'd be stuck with some boy instead.
frowns and hugs her tighter. "I don't know... I can only assume for the same reason the Denmark I'm used to isn't here." He wanted to help_
her but he didn't know how he could at all.
Thora

he could grow his hair out and start talking in a slightly higher voice. It wouldn't replace her, but it would be hilarious…
doesn't think he'll do that.
"But Denmark isn't even a fair trade for Norway." She pouted. Granted she would be worried if Denmark were gone, too… but she wanted Norway.
sighs. "Things will work out, I promise. Remember all of the times you were separated from her before? She always found a way back to you."
pouted. The only times they were separated before was because Denmark was a jerk; there wasn't any strange magic of world switching going
on. She didn't even know if her sister was *here*, let alone alright.
frowns. "I promise you she'll find you again. If you think she wouldn't do everything she possibly could to get back to you, you are not_
giving her enough credit. She would do anything to find you."
sighs. He had better be right… Because if Norway didn't show up she was going to latch on to him even more than already.
wouldn't mind that terribly. In fact, quite the opposite.
enjoyed the hug. "Will you let me lay on your now?" She asked without raising her face from his chest.
sighed faintly. He still really didn't want her to but if it made her feel better... "Sure, let's get out of the cold, though."
grinned as she pulled back and wiped her cheeks. She hadn't necessarily wanted to lay on him, she just enjoyed making him give in.
would be so mad if this whole running away thing was just to make him give in B | He starts walking back. "Come on."
nodded and folded her arms over her chest as she followed him back in to the house. She just didn't like being reminded that he wasn't her
sister… looking and sounding like a boy wasn't always enough.
Lukas

she shouldn't have brought it up in the first place, then.
doesn't always (or really ever) use rational logic.
really wishes she would. He opens the door and gestures her in.
glad to return to the warmth of the house, even if she does feel a little uneasy now that she's actually accepted that he isn't her sister.
shuts the door and sits back down on the couch.
quickly grabs her glass of milk and awkwardly sits at the other end of the couch.
glances over at her. "What, not going to lay on me?"
frowned at him and flushed before turning her attention to the very interesting milk in her glass.
smirks faintly but hides it behind his hand.
would have known it was a smirk if she weren't looking away and cursing him mentally with every swear word she could think of.
scoots next to her and puts his arm around her. "Why won't you lay on me? I said you could..."
flushed darker and slumped forward to inch away from his arm.
now is just giving her a hard time. "Aw, my little sister won't lay on me like she promised..."
"I didn't promise anything." She countered sourly, knowing very well what he was doing.
frowns. "But you asked to lay on me and I agreed."
"I didn't think you wanted me to. You didn't sound very enthusiastic."
"Since when do I ever sound enthusiastic?"
"..." He had a point. Dammit.
reaches over and pulls her to sit on his knees. Two could play at this game.
widened her eyes in shock while staring down at his hands. Her mouth gaped as she tried to think of something to say.
glowers at him, though the red shade her face had taken on ruined the expression.
continued to glare at him. Of course he would use a smile against her! Did he think it would make her any less angry with him for pulling
her on to his lap?! She refused to fall for it.
didn't think that at all, he was just happy and showing it for once.
fell for it anyway. She sighed and poked at his face instead. "You should smile more." She frowned… maybe then she'd get used to it.
shakes his head. "Nei, I won't."
"It would probably make your brother happy to see you smile more." She chided. She'd put the blame on someone else; it had nothing at all to
do with her wanting to see him, or her Norway, smile more.
nods. "Ja, but would it make you happy?"
tries very hard not to blush. "It wouldn't make me unhappy."
stares at her. "Then I'll try to smile more."
"Good." She nodded, taking a drink of her milk to detract from the giddy feeling in her chest.
doesn't know if it's even an achievable goal, but he would try for her sake.
the sentiment regardless. She pushed his lips up with her fingers so that he had a broad, albeit slightly creepy, smile.
blinks a little in surprise. "What're you doing?"
"Making you smile more." She figured that much was obvious.
stares at her before smiling a little more. "That's funny."
"Wow, even more of a smile out of you." She scoffed sarcastically to cover up that she actually enjoyed it immensely. "You almost look
stops smiling, just to spite her. "I look perfectly normal."
"I've seen walls that are more expressive than you."
lets out a small laugh. "Sure you have."
extremely shocked to hear a laugh out of him. She couldn't even come up with a biting insult!
can see the shock and is quite pleased with himself.
contemplates punching him, but it would take too much effort, and she wasn't in a very good angle… "You laughed."
nods. "People tend to do that."
"*Normal* people do." She says, trying to keep up a surly attitude to keep herself from getting overly happy at the show of emotions from
presses the glass of milk to his lips, slowly tilting it further and further up.
blinks, wondering what she was doing but parts his lips a little for the milk.
continues tilting it very slowly, not stoping when it starts to pour in to his mouth. She wondered how long it would take before he stopped
drinks it, wondering why she was doing this.
lifts it so that it is almost spilling on him as she doesn't even try to hide her amused grin.
narrows his eyes and puts his hand on hers, trying to right the cup.
pushes against his hand lightly. She doesn't really want to spill it on him since it would probably end up on her as well, but she liked
pauses before moving his hand away. If it spilled, it spilled, no use crying over it.
ran out of milk before it could spill. Next time she would use a larger glass with something more imposing than milk.
won't let there be a next time. He looked at her seriously with one eyebrow raised.
"You drank all of my milk."
"You made me drink all of the milk you got for me from my kitchen that I paid for."
"I didn't make you. You could have said no."
"Ja, because I could have spoken with a mouth full of milk."
"You could have stopped me."
looked at the few drops of milk remaining in the glass. She wanted to set the cup down, but she was surprisingly comfortable sitting on
him, and chances were if she got up to put it down she wouldn't go back to it.
watches her, trying to figure out what she was thinking.
always has to wonder what he is thinking, so it's only fair that he doesn't know what she is thinking.
sits back in the chair and stares at the ceiling.
sets the cup between her legs and begins playing with her fingers on his face, giving him strange expressions.
not amused but decides to ignore the fingers.
amused enough for the both of them. She pulled his lips up in to a joker-esque smile.
keeps ignoring her, figuring she would have to get bored eventually.
didn't like being ignored… so she pinched his cheeks, giving them a rosy hint.
furrows her brows and plays with his hair. His hair felt just as silky as her sisters.
hums a little to himself as he ignores her.
reached for his curl, trying to mask her smirk with an impartial expression. It always worked at getting her sister's attention.
doesn't even notice since he's trying to ignore her.
tugs the curl lightly, watching his face carefully for any sign of his resolve to ignore her breaking.
twitches and stares at her. "Stop..."
grabs her wrist. "Not important. Just stop."
huffed in frustration, but didn't try to fight the matter. "I knew that would get you to stop ignoring me!"
grumbles. "Don't do it again. Ever."
looks away. "Not important, just don't."
"But *why* not?" She pestered him. It wasn't bad, was it? She always assumed it was just an uncomfortable feeling or something.
glances at her. "You don't want to know."
"Why wouldn't I want to know?" She was starting to almost feel bad about pulling it. Almost. Not quite entirely.
stares at her. "You just don't."
"Is it because you think I'm a little kid?" She frowned stubbornly.
shakes his head. "It's because.... because it's awkward."
"Awkward." She repeated and groaned while laying back on the couch. "How is it awkward? It's just a hair."
... "It's not just a hair."
pauses. "An erogenous zone." He blushes the slightest bit.
"A what?" Honestly has no idea what the hell that is.
looks away. "Look it up or something."
"... Is it like cancer or something?" She stares at the ceiling as she thinks of all the possibilities for what it could be.
shakes his head. "Nei, of course not."
Well that was good. "Then why's it such a big deal?"
sighs. "It means I get turned on when people touch it."
It took her a minute to process what he said, and then her face turned bright red. "It *what*?" She choked out; Surely he was kidding.
"Turns me on." He looks away.
"So... you just pull that hair... and it turns you on?" She had *no* idea, though that explained why her Norway never told her about it when
she'd asked. That seemed strange, though. Who had a hair that turned you on?
"I want one." She pouted. It seemed like it could be fun to have, and it would definitely make sex go quicker. "What's it feel like?"
stares at her. "Nei you don't. It feels weird."
"Weird?" She raised an eyebrow. "Are you not used to being turned on or something?"
rolls his eyes. "Just... forget it."
"Why?" There was no way in hell she was forgetting this.
"I don't want to talk about it."
"Why?" She didn't see what was so awkward about it; it was human nature to get turned on, and it wasn't like he could help it.
sighs. "I just don't like talking about it."
sighed and folded her knees up on to the couch since it was weird to keep them over the side of the couch. "Do a lot of nations have one?"
having a hard time trying to imagine what it would feel like. Her face contorted in concentration as she thought deeply on the subject.
glances over at her and rolls his eyes.
thought that having her hair brushed felt nice, but it didn't make her want sex or anything… If nothing else it made her want to sleep… It
made no sense in her mind, but she didn't think this was something he would lie about; it was too ridiculous.
sighs and looks away. "So don't do it again."
stares at her, raising an eyebrow. "Why do you think?"
closes his eyes in frustration. "Do you really think I would you touching that sort of thing?"
stares. "Why would I want you to touch it?"
"Why wouldn't you want me to touch it?"
rubs his forehead. "Just... stop. You're my sister as far as I know which means you shouldn't be trying to turn me on."
nearly snickered, but kept her best masked expression on. "Why shouldn't I?"
"Do you honestly want to?"
shrugged. It wasn't really something she'd bothered thinking about before, and more than anything she was interested in bothering him.
sighs. "Just give me a straight answer."
"Because when you talk in questions like this, it gets us nowhere."
"Do you want us to get somewhere?"
stands up and walks to the kitchen, annoyed.
grins briefly as she sits up and grabs her cup. She tries to mask her amusement before following him in to the kitchen to clean her cup.
sighs and walks out of the kitchen, heading to his room.
rinses her cup out quickly before following after him and knocking on his door. She was being considerate and not walking in right away!
ignores the knock, just wanting Norge quiet time.
pouts, but knows when to stop… sort of. She sighed and slumped on to the floor, leaning against the door and yawning.
sits in a chair and returns to staring at the ceiling.
got bored waiting and fell asleep.
eventually gets up and walks to the door, opening it.
had curled up on the floor besides the door, sleeping as peacefully as someone on the floor could.
sighs and sits down next to her, petting her hair.
shifts, but doesn't wake up.
very carefully lifts her head up and rests it on his leg, continuing to pet her hair.
stirs slightly and snuggles in to him, wrapping her arms around him thinking he was a very warm pillow.
keeps petting her, deciding to let her wrap her arms around him.
slowly became conscious of the fact that there was something moving in her hair, and her pillow had changed shapes… She blinked, looking
at his legs in confusion before looking up at his face.
looks down at her. "Hei."
flushed. She had... fallen asleep on his floor. She hadn't fallen asleep outside of Norway's foor in *centuries*. Talk about embarrassing
smiles the slightest bit.
"Sorry…" She mumbled sleepily, burying her face in his legs to hide her embarrassment.
shakes his head. "It's no problem."
nodded and closed her eyes. She missed the old days when she was like this with her sister.
strokes her hair softly, humming.
smiles contently, and scoots closer to him.
smiles slightly back, never stopping the petting.
other than being on the floor she could have contently laid there all day.
might have been able to sit there as well.
"Sorry… for making you uncomfortable…" She mumbled.
shakes his head. "It's okay."
nodded, taking that as an open invitation to do it whenever she pleased; especially in public locations.
only meant that it was okay that one time....
keeps petting her hair. "Really?"
"No, you're freezing." She said sarcastically.
shrugs. "I had to check."
"I used to sleep with my Norway every night." She admitted quietly, feeling oddly open. "I couldn't sleep without her for years." She may
have had a few codependency issues… but she'd never admit to them.
nods. "My Iceland used to do that. He'd crawl up into bed with me and I would cuddle with him until he fell asleep."

that might explain why he's so prudish. It's hard to hook up with people when you've got a kid in your bed.
Thora

it's endearing.
doesn't think it would be endearing even if he was, which he's not.
traced shapes on his side with her fingers to keep herself from falling back asleep.
sighs and keeps petting her hair, hoping that she would fall back asleep.
doesn't want to fall asleep yet. They haven't even had dinner yet! But her eyes were so heavy, and she hadn't been sleeping well…

isn't creepy... He just misses having a sibling falling asleep on him.
Because that doesn't sound creepy at all…
missed sleeping with her Norway, even if it was a little bit weird for people their ages to do that.

She would have to catch him first.

just wants to brag about his little sister in his own way...
doesn't think that is bragging… She thinks it would be mortifying and she'd run back to Iceland and ignore him for at least a century.
would annoy her until she gave up.
would pull his curl until he got awkward and stalked off to his room again, then run away.
only got awkward because she kept asking questiong.

nuzzled in to his lap more with a small smile; he made a nice pillow.
watches her, still smiling softly.
