I use Norton 360 and it works fine for me. Some ppl love it, some hate it. I find it useful and it's low on resources.

I use Norton as well but that is because I get it free from work. I have not had any issues with it

AVG would be my next choice, I'm not sure why I picked Norton but it works. I hear good things about AVG

Eset has been my av of choice for a long time. It's not free, but it has a great track record.

I use it on a Win7 64 bit machine as well as others-I could get Symantec/Norton free work but I really don't want it anywhere near my pcs.

Norton is of the devil, IME.

I use BitDefender on Vista-64 and XP-whatever. Both Norton and McAfee seem to take way too much CPU for me.
