Although it is unlikely that the government would do anything, at least we try and do our part through this petition..

let's hope that international pressure forces our government to amend the animal rights law!! under the current one, the caught perpetrators

are only fined a maximum of RM200 or six months of jail... and most dun get the full sentence anyway

really? and i was thinking whether thr's appropriate law to against those abusers

stupid malaysian law! SPCA did have a petition a few years to amend the law to RM10,000 fine (I think i did ask u guys to sign also)

they submitted d but still nothing happened..

RM10,000 is still too light a punishment to those bastards!
