crashes into Marianne's room and dashes over, thrusting Sundrop into her face. "Meet my puppy!"

sits up in surprise at the invasion, and yelps at the puppy filling her vision. "C-Chien!?"

climbs into bed with Marianne and presents her with the puppy. "Isn't she cute!? Isn't she isn't she?!"

realises that it was only Alicia with a puppy and sighs in relief. "Alicia! The puppy is cute~ You brought it here to show me?"

smiles at this and nods excitedly. "Yeah! I wanted to show her off! Don't you like it~~?"

smiles, the puppy was cute. "Oui, oui~ She's very cute! When did you get her~?" She pets the puppy on the head.

smiles at this and pets the puppy too, delighted. "Just a few days ago. Me and Anya went to see the puppies at the pet store and I just had

to take her home."

chuckles, it seemed just like her to do that. "Well, what did you name her? It's a her, oui?"

smiles at this. "Her name is Sundrop! Isn't she fabulously adorable~~?"

grins, Alicia always had a knack for names. "Oui, she does! What breed is she?" She strokes the puppy, its fur was very soft.

smiles at this and scratches behind her ear. "Oh she's a golden lab, cause I really have a soft spot for that breeds.

"That's a good breed~ Did you come over just to show her to me?" She smiles at Alicia, showing that she didn't mind that at all.

smiles and nods, laughing. "Yeah I did. I wanted to show her off! Isn't she amazing?"

nods and gets up from bed, brushing down her skirts. "Would you like to let her run in the garden? I'm sure she'd like that better than this

stuffy old bedroom."

smiles at this and nods. "Oh that would be great!" She stands and nestles the puppy against her breasts. "Wanna go outside with Mama, hun?"

she coos at the puppy.

chuckles and leads the way down. Maybe the puppy would help Alicia learn about caring for others. "It's just over here, cherie~"

smiles at this and follows her, humming happily. She sets the puppy in the grass and giggles. >w<

watches the puppy run about. There was something about watching dogs that she never tired about- their energy.

smiles and watches. "Awwww see? She's perfct!"

"They say dogs are like their owners, eh?" She smiles at Alicia. "She also had boundless energy, I see~"

laughs at this and looks up, shrugging. "I suppose that's true. She's a little cutie though. Even when she's dashing around and getting into

trouble."

grins, "That sounds exactly like you, cherie!" She tweaks Alicia's nose.

laughs at this and pokes her side. "Don't do that. I'm not a child."

chuckes, "You'll always be my child no matter what, non?"

furrows her brows. "Why? I don't wanna be a child forever!"

smiles, "You'll grow up, but you'll be my child, non? I'll always take care of you~" She ruffles Alicia's hair.

smiles and lets her ruffle her hair. "... I guess? I dunno. I'll be your grown up maybe."

grins and calls out to the puppy. "Whatever you are, I'll always love you, non?"

laughs and pokes her tummy, shaking her head.

pokes her back, pouting. "What's with you and poking~?"

laughs softly. "Well you're kinda weird sometimes. Like all parents I guess."

her a mock hurt expression. "Since when have I been weird~ And I'm the best parent in the world, mais oui~?"

about it and taps her lip. "... better than the British lady at least." She smiles wickedly, clearly teasing her. "But the best in the whole

world....?"

pouts more, wrapping her arms around Alicia. "Of course I'm better than the rosbif~ Am I not~?"

laughs and hugs her back, feigning uncertainty. "Hmmmm perhaps~ You're not as boring I'd say."

grins, "I'm the best parent in the world, just admit it! Tell it to Angleterre too!"

laughs and thinks about it. "Mayyyybe I'll tell her." She's giggling now, amused.

"You will~ Or you won't come over for food anymore!" She smiles sneakily.

laughs at this. "Well I guess I will then. I'd miss French food a lot."

hadn't expected her to give up food. "Eh~ Am I really that bad a parent, cherie?"

laughs and kisses her cheek. "I'm just kidding with you Mary. You're an awesome Mom!" She giggles and hugs her too tight.

pouts, she'd been scared for a moment, she didn't think Alicia would give up food. She returns the hug and the kiss, "That's good! How about

some snacks now, cherie? I have some pastries~"

smiles at this excitedly. "Oh yes please Marianne! I've been hoping you'd say that. Can I leave Sundrop out here to play you think?"

looks about her garden and thinks that it's quite secure. "I doubt that she can jump over the fence, it's fine if she stays out here. Would_

you like some coffee too?" She opens the kitchen door and waits for Alicia.

smiles at this and nods. "Hell yeah. I love coffee!"

switches the coffee machine on and leans on the counter as she waits for it to brew. "Ahh, I can't survive without a shot in the morning_

smiles at her and hops up to sit on the counter, humming delightedly. "Me either. I have to have coffee to wake up."

tilts her head up to keep Alicia within sight. "It's really a bad habit, hmm~? I read somewhere that caffeine is bad for us..."

about it. "Oh I don't care though. It's too tasty to matter very much."

chuckles, "My people made an amusing song about it~ Though I hope nothing like that would ever happen to us."

laughs softly. She... doesn't understand a bit of French but she likes cartoons. "... You are the best parent huh? You actually like coffee"

grins, "It is a marvelous beverage, is it not~? It keeps us alive in the mornings." She sighs happily as the coffee machine beeps to signal_

that the coffee is done.

grins at this and nods. "It's pretty much perfect."

pours out a generous amount of coffee in a mug for Alicia, then fills her cup as well. She stays quiet and sips the coffee in peace.

smiles at this and takes it, squirming at how tasty it is.

just enjoys the caffeine and the sensation of waking up a little more. She sighs happily again and sets down her mug.

smiles at her and kisses her cheek before hopping off of the counter. >w< "That was yummy Mary."

grins, "You haven't had the pastries, non?" She brings them out from the oven.

blinks and claps happily. "Oh they smell awesome."

offers her the plate and takes one herself, crunching on it happily.

smiles and squirms, blushing happily and getting that excited 'food' expression. She is very soon demolishing her pastry.

licks her fingers after finishing two pastries. She decides to leave the rest for Alicia, she seemed to like them and she could always bake_

more.

smiles and keeps eating, scarfing down several before she sighs happily. "That's good~"
