Some weeks ago, I've heard that KakaoTalk will be launched in Japan and US market (for iOS)....
Today, ZDNet Korea reported KakaoTalk is No.1 free App in 4 Middle East countries.
It also says there're 300k smartphones in Kuwait. iPhone 4 is No.1, and Samsung Galaxy S follows.
