there was indeed hot sauce. Datil pepper sauce, to be exact. It's spicy *and* sweet.

a lightly toasted bagel thin, scrambled egg whites, cream cheese, fresh baby spinach & sliced heirloom tomatoes.

if I put half the effort into cleaning my house, that I do with my breakfast, I'd win "home of the month".

but breakfast is much more fun!
