I love my EVO but I do suggest some batteries. I will send you the link when I get to my pc for the ones I got, and some apps.

also.. I'm using a Droid so I'm not sure if it's the same with an EVO, but there's an app called "Advanced Task Killer" that I use to kill..

..anything running in the background that would suck up my battery when I'm not actually using the phone. Get the free version.
