I think I am finally tuning into the social significance of the "good morning" and "good night" plurks..
the social greeting alerts friends we are/are not available for conversation and interaction..
without necessarily being an expression of neediness or attention seeking..
(as I try to figure things out I sometimes do it outloud.. feel free to correct me)
