shrugs and looks about. "A pirate enjoys his time on land when he's here."

smiles a bit. "Is there an opening in your crew?"

smirks, patting his cheek. "Would I ask if I wasn't?

crosses his arms. "And what skills d'ya have? Don't want dead weight."

steps towards him. "I have several skills."

taps his chin. "A lady does not reveal all her secrets at the first meeting."

for a moment. "Can you cook?"

nods. "Very well, in fact."

shrugs, though there was a hint of emotion in the words he said. "Our last cook just quit. We need a new one."

bows slightly. "Chunyan Wang. Pleasure to meet you, Mr. Kirkland."

pats her on the head. He met crew in the weirdest places. "Chunyan, eh? I suppose I should be takin' ya back then."

reaches up to fix her hair. "Back to the ship?"

nods. "To introduce ya to Tino and the others."

smiles, but she's getting a bit nervous. "Are they nice?"

nods. "I have nothin' but the finest on my ship."

she'll relax when she meets Tino. He was hard not to like. He leads her on board, looking proud. "This is it~"

the boat a thorough once-over. "It's not half bad."

shakes his head! "Of course not, it's looked after and loved quite well."

snorts. "I see. Where's your crew?"

looks around. "Probably on shore. Someone should be here though."

glances around the boat. "I don't see anybody."

grumbles a bit about them being a lazy lot before going on farther. "I have a small crew regardless."

turns her attention back to him. "Ah? How many people?"

for a moment. "About ten."

blinks. "That is....very small."

shrugs. "The ship doesn't need that many to run."

nods, thinking it over for a moment. "It's not the largest ship ever."

nods, running hishand along the railing. "It's fast and powerful though."

watches him, amused. "That's good to know."

nods, leading her to the kitchen. "One of the best crews out there~"

follows him, wrinkling her nose at the kitchen. "That's good to know. Want to be protected and all."
