我也喜歡吃薑母鴨 也覺得台灣的北京烤鴨好吃~ 昨天看到新聞說全聚德要在高雄開店,但還是要進口北京鴨進來,因為他們說台灣鴨肉太硬

烤鴨比較重要的部分是吃"皮"
