watches from inside the pub...he was cleaning the windows, but got a bit distracted.

actually considering going inside... but he shouldn't until he ends his turn...

a bit bored, because there's no one in the pub that needs help, so he sort of hides and keeps watching.

...kind of saw that, and wonders why is he hiding now...

thought he might chase him away if he's so obviously staring, so he's hiding, but still watching.

eventually gets bored of playing with his sword... so he walks inside the pub

rushes back to the bar and almost falls over a chair on his way. "Y-yeah, sir, can I help you!"

laughs a bit, finding that cute "Ah, do you serve something without alcohol..?"

about that, and looks around. "Umm...I don't know, everyone's ordered beer!" He fumbles with something, then says, "water?"

smiles, he's not allowed to have beer yet so "Water will do, thank you"

nods, and pours him a glass. "So..what's your name?"

tilts head "Jones. Admiral Alfred Jones. Yours...?"

starts wiping a cup. "I'm Yong Soo!"

blinks "...Yong Soo. That is a weird name..."

shakes his head. "It's not, where I'm from! I'm Korean, after all!"

smiles "Asian, uh? That is cool, you must have seen a lot of world"

shakes his head. "Not really...I was stuck on the ship the whole time I was sailing!"

tilts head "AW, really? That's kind of sad..." takes a sip from his water "would'ya like to?"

shrugs. "Maybe! But there are pirates..." ..and he's on the run from them.

frowns "That's why we're here, yeah? To protect and serve people like you from those..." tsk's his tongue "ruffians"

smiles a bit, figuring it'd be best if they didn't talk about pirates too much, because he may slip up and confess that he was one..."So are

doesn't notice the change of subject, or doesn't think much about it "Ah... kind of? I spend most of the time working on the ships so I am

nods. "Oh, I see! That's really cool!"

smiles "I love traveling, it feels so...free"

smiles. "I wish I could travel!"

tilts head "Why can't you? You could work on a lot of pubs around the world, yeah?"

shrugs. "The lady who owns this one is so nice! I don't wanna just leave."

smiles "I see... it does look like a nice pub" looks around

nods. "Yup! Except for the drunks."

laughs "Yeah, I can tell... that won't be a problem with me" winks sips from his glass

laughs a bit. "Yeah, I hope so!"

smiles and pats the seat by him "Why don't you rest for a it?"

rubs his cheek, then nods, and goes back around the counter. He sits by him, staring at the empty bar.

tilts head "Lazy day today? or is it early?"

shrugs. "I don't know, it's my first day!"

raises an eyebrow "Really? I didn't know that..."

nods. "Am I doing a good job then?"

nods "Yes~ and you are also entertaining me"

blinks. "Huh? Entertaining? How?"

laughs "By talking to me" smiles "of course"

nods. "Of course! Don't bartenders talk to the customers?"

nods "Of course, but some are nicer than others..."

nods. "Yeah! You're very nice! Nicer than the other people I'd seen!"

laughs "Why, thank you! You're really nice too" smiles

rests his hands in his lap. "I'm trying my best to be as nice as possible!"

tilts head "Are you? Don't be silly... I'm sure you don't even have to try to be nice"

shrugs. "Then I'm trying to be even more nice!"

smiles "Then it's working" reaches to ruffle his hair P:

smiles at him. "Good! I hope I don't get fired, I don't have anywhere else to go!"

raises an eyebrow "...really?"

nods. "Yes. Well, if I hitch a ride, I may be able to go back to Busan and find family..."

ask "you don't have family here...?"

shakes his head. "No...I've seen other Asians around, but they all look Chinese. I'm Korean." He explains.

nods "I see... that's..." wants to say 'kind of sad' but guesses saying that -would- make him sad

shrugs. "That's okay though! It's always nice to meet new people, right?"

smiles "That's true. Like meeting me" BEAMS

nods. "Yes! You're a good person!"

laughs a bit "Why thank you... so are you, Yong Soo"

grins to him. "I wish there were more people like you!"

laughs "I think you're the first one to tell me that..."

blinks. "Huh? Why's that?"

shrugs "I guess... people just don't feel comfortable around a navy officer?"

smiles at him. "You make me feel very safe!"

smiles "And that's what I try! I am here to protect people from pirates and ruffians and stuff, not to be a bother"

nods. "Yes! Though, some navy men are a bother...but there are also nice pirates, too!"

hums "... I don't think so...!"

frowns. "I met one! ..O-once...a long time ago!" He quickly adds, trying to cover up his slip-up.

tilts head, frowning "Did they hurt you...? Or steal from you?"

shakes his head. "Actually, the pirate I can think of saved me! So they're not all bad!"

blinks "...uh. I" frowns "Maybe they wanted something from you! A-and that's why they did...that..."

shakes his head. "No, she's really nice!"

huffs "... I just. Don't like pirates."

nods. "Not all of them are bad...most are. but some are really nice!"

shurgs "Not from my experience..."

cleans a glass. "Well, a pirate saved me so I guess we've met different kinds, hmm?"

slowly nods "I... guess. IT's still illegal though" raises an eyebrow "And I gotta fight that"

nods. "Yes, that is true...!"

hums, just deciding to change the subject "... am I distracting you rom work...?"

shakes his head. "No, you aren't!"

smiles "Good, wouldn't want you fired right?"

shakes his head. "I don't think my boss would fire me, though!"

raises an eyebrow "And why is that... are you their darling or something?"
