demands he hiccup quieter.

can't help in. He snickers. "Your FACE last night *hiccup* Man you looked so chill!" He's being overly loud.

hushes him quickly and pretends not to know what Alfred is talking about.

snickers again. "A-And China too! With the minidre- *hiccup*" He grins stupidly.

stifles a chuckle. "Where did that dress even come from?"

shakes his head. "F-France." He keeps laughing.

looks away in amused exasperation. "Of course. It is a wonder he didn't get everyone in dresses."

snorts. "I dunno if he got me... cuz after like... 1 I *hiccup* went to like, Narnia."

shakes his head. "Nah, I don't remember you in anything strange...Though, I passed out a little after that."

blinks. "Well I didn't wake up in nothin' weird, so I guess France musta gone streaking 'afore he *hic* got us!"

nods. "Good. Even better that I don't remember him doing it. Geh...I feel like I was drugged by the Netherlands though."

for a minute. "I th-think he was singin' some song with Belgium. You were with G-Germany *hic* Prussia too."

groans. "Scheiße. I hope Prussia is unable to remember anything then. Probably made a fool of myself."

scratches his head. "He's probably the most drunk like every year."

snorts. "He is practically always drunk."

nods. "Cool guy though... *hic*" Damn those hiccups.

scoffs. "Cool, right...you should probably do something about those hiccups."

waves his hand. "Nah *hic* They'll go away. And yeah he helped train my soldiers in the r- *hic* revolution!"

shrugs. "If you're sure. And yes, I know. He never misses an opportunity to tell about something great he's done in the past."

frowns. "Nah.." He blushes. "I kinda.. well... I look up to him and *hic* stuff.... he was really strong then..."

grumbles. "Just do not...idolize him or anything."

blinks and hiccups. "How come?"

chuckles. "He is perfectly insane. You praise him and he'll think you want to give him land."

blinks again. "Well one of my s- *hic* states has a city called 'King of Prussia; or somethin' *hic*"

shushes him. "Don't go around telling him that. His ego! It is big enough."

does not enjoy being shushed. "But doncha *hic* feel kinda bad that he's not a nation any more... I mean I *hic* helped take him down..."

glances away. "Of course I do...but...It is much easier to bicker like nothing changed."

tilts his head. "Sounds like me and Iggy *hic*" He starts to laugh.

huffs and grumbles. "Shush, you. Hangover. Not like you and England."

giggles. "But it *hic* Is! And I think it's funny that it's almost parall- *hic* parallel!"

glares sulkily. "I certainly hope not."

blinks owlishly. "Why?"

huffs grumpily. "Just, no."

blinks again. "Seriously, no *hic* What?"

stares. "You and him are extremely close. That is not a parallel."

huffs. "Whaddya mean? He and I argue all the damn time *hic*."

hums and shrugs. "Right, never mind."

blushes. "Okay so we got close re- *hic* recently, but we used to be at each others throats- still are." He pauses. "Tell Hungary and I--

swear man *hic*."

laughs quietly. "Thought so. Though, I refuse to discuss any relationships with Elizaveta."

pouts and blushes. "But being that way means you can be f- *hic* friends. Doesn't mean you'll get close."

frowns. "Eh...perhaps, perhaps. Good to see you two getting along though."

turns away. "J-Just don't tell anybody... *hic* And we still fight... like... *hic* all the time. Well, according to others."

smiles. "I would not dare speak a word of it. Especially not near Hungary...Or any of the other nosy ones."

turns his head. "Or Japan." He glares. He knows Japan has those weird backwards books.

shivers. "Especially not Japan." He has made the mistake of glancing over Hungary's shoulder at those books...

blinks. "Were you scared of ending up like me and Iggy? *hic*"

shakes his head. "No, no. It was the thought that I had somehow given you the idea that we were that scared me."

chuckles. "Ahahaaaa! *hic* The day I see that!" He keeps laughing.

chuckles quietly as well. "Good. That is rather reassuring."

wipes at his eyes. "But uh... *hic* Who do you like?" The most curious country...

glances away evasively. "How nosy. Don't know anymore. I've been married to anyone good in the past."

scratches his head. "S-Sorry kinda nosy myself *hic*. I was just wonderin' though. Cuz for a New Year's resolution I could help! *hic*"

chuckles slightly. "No need to apologize. I'm sure I've never been too secretive. Sorry. Don't know. Kinda stuck criticizing everyone now."

pouts. "Awww, that's no *hic* fun"

scoffs in amusement. "I try to only be fun when drunk...though, if I ever am interested in anyone, you'll be the first to know. Better?"

brightens up and nods vigorously- which hurts his booze-ridden brain. "Owwww... *hic*"

rolls his eyes. "Idiot. Probably should make some coffee."

grumbles and didn't hear the insult. "Mmm I'm lazy, I was gonna sleep."
