I lost my bookmarks when I upgraded, so be careful. I also lost my browser mail client settings.

grateful for the warning! I would have been *piised* if I lost them. I do have them synched, but still.

I just learned that you can import them, even if they are lost. I just recovered all the bookmarks I thought I had lost.

you don't need to do anything. Opera doesn't kill them when you install the new version. Then you just import the old ones.
