A 3G phone without videoconference?
Schwarz says

A lot of people seem disappointed about that…

There is no MMS feature either. An high priced, high end phone like this should at least have the standard features of a modern cell phone

I never use videoconferencing on my phone and don't mind sending pictures through e-mail. I like the way Apple approached the iPhone...

... which is not just throwing in "standard" feature, but really think about what we use/need!

excusing a lacking feature with "you don't need that" is solly

but the lack of MMS is worse than the lack of video functionality
Schwarz says

pictures though email and pictures over MMS is two completely different things
Schwarz says

most people people cannot receive email on their phones, so email is a Phone to PC thing

those decisions are based on what ppl are really using in the real world - and videoconferencing isn't being used. Agreed about MMS though.

An still no copy-paste functionality. I guess I look forward to WWDC 2009 then ;-)

I have no stats on videoconferencing available, so I don't know, but I would expect it to be more used in Japan and Korea...
