Ad and Manj took us to a place called the spice buffet in solihull. Bit of a treck but it was tasty
it was one of those with mexican, italian, indian, chinese and thai ... all different little counters with chefs
not exactly good for the diet though. being extra good today to try and make up for it lol
its hard to be good at a place like that
impossible ... to be honest i can't even think of a truly healthy choice i could have made. Well, perhaps i could have skipped icecream!

shredded wheat and skimmed for brekkie. tomato and basil soup and a hb muller for lunch and chicken with rice and salad for tea
i'm going to try and have a salad for tea. got some things that need eating else they will go off
