The Americans valued `Education` over Brute force in selection of `Heroes` to instill the younger generation that life is not all about

hostile approach and such...

The image of the so called `Hero` had been sugar coated. Filipino's by nature are fond of titles. `Dr.` Jose Rizal was in fact not a Dr.
