Is terrified that SAG will strike. Ballots go out in December. But how can you fight over new media if it's not even clearly defined yet.
The problem with defining new media is that the minute it's defined...it changes. Sometimes fundamentally.
not that that little fact makes it any easier to legislate around. (ambiguity does not play well with contracts.)
