calls Japan immediately upon receiving the letter. "Ve, ve, Japan!"

almost drops the glass of water he's holding in surprise. He gently puts it down and quickly fumbles to get his phone.

"Ah...Italy-san. Hello," He said.

bounces happily around his house as he speaks. "Ve, I got your letter! When do you want to meet? Ve, I can come right now!"

starts in surprise, but finds himself agreeing, nonetheless.

"A-ah...I suppose that would work. Is Germany-san available right now, as well?"
