its been three months since i left. tapos weird pa... they gave our 13th month in full last june pa.

then now, kinaltas sa final pay ko yung pro-rate nung 13th month kasi i didnt finish daw the whole year.

is that right? when the mid year bonus was given to us we were under the impression that it was our money already.

yeah but they should have given the 13th month na pro-rated then, like half the amount lang nung june kasi half year pa lang.

why did they give the full amount? tapos babawiin din pala.

i'm no lawyer pero ang alam ko lang ay: 1. 13th month pay is prorated, 2. It has to be given before the 25th of December...so pasok sila
