so he tried to get up and calls a nurse but no reply. he goes out of the room and realizes the hospital is a warzone and he is alone....

...or so he thought. he sees a chained door with a sign saying "DO NOT ENTER. DEAD INSIDE." then the same door is trying to be forced open.

then he turns to run out of the into an empty town. he rushes to get to his house to check on his wife and son. and the story begins.
