hums sleepily, slowly sitting up and rubbing his eye with his jacket sleeve. How long had he been asleep for...?
wasn't sure how long Yao had been asleep, but figures if he's waking up it is best time to leave.
sees the bird beside him and smiles when it chirps, coaxing it onto his arm.
can't help but take one more shot before trying to quietly tuck his camera away and leave.
sighs. "You're terribly loud, aru."
glances up, stopping in his path. "To one who listens, perhaps."
doesn't look at him, he really can't face him especially after what he did the other night. "And you know I am one who listens, aru."

glances over, distracted from his sneaky surveying of Yao to see Mei ling. "Hello little kitten," he smiles, bending down to pet her.
sees his kitten being a bit reluctant; she really was his kitten. But he gives her a small nod and she moves closer to Kiku.
gently pets the kitten, but only a couple stroke before he stands back up, noticing the hesitance. He wouldn't be surprised if China had
_convinced his cat not to like Japan either.

| Mei Ling does squirm a bit at first at the loss of her master's comfy body but settles into the Japanese man's arms.
smiles as she cuddles into him, holding her gently and petting her head.
stands up and dusts himself off. "She's taking a liking to you, aru."
glances back over at him. "I'm glad she has.."
rubs his eyes a bit. "Mm. Planning on coming in, aru?"
shrugs. "If you are inviting me to? I can leave if it's a hassle."
shrugs. "Do as you like, aru. The door is open." walks inside, glad that he had rid the house of the smell of opium.
hums softly, debating a moment before following him in anyways. He still wanted to know what was up with him..

takes the teapot to the counter, waiting for the kettle to finish boiling the water.
places the tealeaves in the teapot before putting away the rest of it.
pours the water into the pot when it's done, setting it on the table with the cups.
smiles a little and sits down at the table.
takes his seat as well. "Thank you for the assistance, aru."
nods. "Of course, thank you for the tea."
pours a cup for himself when it's seeped enough. "You're very welcome, aru."
pours a cup as well, nodding again before taking a sip.
