I didn't know na may specific na "cut" pa pala dapat ang mga meat for certain dishes! 
ok lang yan para lang naman un sa bilis ng pagluluto *i think*
naaah, Japo says that it needs to be cut the right way. And his word is law - when it comes to cooking, at least.
