Got the bank sorted out. 10 Business Days to do the fraud investigation dance. I'm going to assume they'll reverse all charges
I'm so glad you were able to get some sort of resolve. I think Apple/itunes should care and it makes them look bad that they dont.
The woman I spoke to at the bank said that "most" (granted, a vague term) fraud cases that come to her have to do with iTunes
And that Apple doesn't care as long as they get paid
