Well, don't want to teach you geek stuff but here's probably what I'll do. Sa Windows, mkvextractgui para makuha ang video at audio.

Depending on the settings of the video and audio, you might have to convert the profiles of the video and audio (h264 + aac)

(I personally use megui for that pero avisynth mostly yung sa video which is a bit steep in the learning curve ^^;; )

After that, mux the audio and video with a muxing program to mp4 container (pwede na siguro ang YAMB).
