-shudders- I live in a city that always rains, and it rarely drops below 0ºc. -likes a moderate climate-

It's regularly colder then that, more so cause we add on windchill to everything. about once a year you get a -30 some day.

Once hit -50 with windchill. .... .... I didnt go to school that day.

ick. I think the coldest I've been in was about -20 without the windchill when I was in college. I *hated* it.

I hate it too, but anything above 40 is hell too, and Ontario had power outages during those days. Winnipeg just builds tunnels and skywalks

Easy to stay warm when you don't have to go outside!
