I strained it over a week ago, and today when i started running, it came back

so the running coach sent me to the health office

they said i aggravated it and i have to wait for it to heal again

yeah but i can only have so many absences...

on the other hand

I got some really yummy korean snacks from the school store

and my dorm smells like korean ramen now

and we get korean food for dinner on thursday
