Adam, I dont understand how it could be a semi-Turkish restaurant if the owner is Turkish.

what I mean is the dishes are not exactly what you find in most Turkish restaurants, and they don't bill it as Turkish food either

Ive been to plenty of different kind of Turkish restaurants...non of them ever call themselves a sorta Turkish restaurant
