bringing 15 year old Matthew flowers... because this is probably the only time he will get off with it.
Matthew
is
being fascinated by how he can pull on a metal cord and light magically happens.
... stares. He just let himself in and is standing with a bunch of one of Matthew's national flowers... his favourite one. The Blue Flag.
'That's a light..'
nearly jumps, letting go of the cord to turn around, almost looking guilty.
William
thinks
he shouldn't look Guilty at all. William looks amused, 'Did I scare you?'
shakes his head, folding his hands together as to say he is innocent.
smiles, looking behind Matthew and at the wire. He smiles, holding out the flowers. 'They're not as interesting as a little piece of wire...
but I hope you like them none the less.'
blinks in surprise, slowly extending his hands to take them. "What are they for?"
smiles brightly, 'For being you.'
looks down at them, somewhat uncertain; he never recieved flowers before. "...Thank you."
shakes his head, 'It's no problem... although if you really want to thank me, you could give me a kiss?' Pushing one's luck for the win~
looks up at Will and down at the flowers again. "I don't know how." He takes a step closer, however, pushing himself up on his tip toes with
slight difficulty just so his lips could bump against Will's cheek.
takes this chance to hold Matthew's chin in his hand, stooping to press a small and chaste kiss to his lips. 'None of those kisses you give_
England, alright?'
tries not to crush the flowers by accident while trying not to drop them when he gets kissed. With wide eyes, he nods. "alright."
smiles, patting him on the head. 'Alrighty then.'
cradles the flowers as he does so, looking down at the floor.
moves back when he's done, not realising just how patronising that might be... 'I'm guessing you're hungry, right?
'
shakes his head. "I already ate."
'What?' Because he's brought Take-out..
repeats, "I already ate."
'What did you eat?'
"Apples."
... stares. He take off his bag pack and pulls out the chinese take-out in it, 'Well... do you think you have space for more food?''
looks at it with interest. "What is that?"
replies 'Food.' He wanders off to the kitchen and pulls out some plates and cutlery.
follows him with a questioning expression.
places all the containers on the table, pulling out a seat for Matthew at the table. 'Pick and choose what you want... but I know that you_
like most of this...' Will wonders if Matthew still eats enough to feed an army.
slowly sits down, looking at all the containers. "But what's in them?"
William
says
, 'Take a look and give them all a try.' He hands Matthew a fork before serving himself some curry and fried rice.
takes the fork, staring at it, only then to take some of everything.
eats his food, discreetly watching Matthew.
pokes at some of the food with his fork before putting some into his mouth. Then he just throws down.
... stares o.o
Matthew
says
, in between bites, "This is better than what Mr. England cooks."
grins, 'I know. I thought you'd need something decent for once.' He eats his own food slowly.
"Mr. France left sometime ago, so I do not eat so nicely anymore."
nods, giving him a sympathetic smile. 'You should probably learn to cook for yourself then? Instead of eating England's food.'
Matthew
thinks
. "...It's not too terrible."
makes a face, 'What about his scones?'
"What about them?"
raises an eyebrow, 'You don't get stomach cramps eating them?'
blinks. "They are for eating...?" He had no idea.
nods, 'You're meant to eat them.' He looks rather upset, memories.
does not want him to be upset. D: He reaches out to pat Will's hand.
smiles, giving him a small wink in thanks and continues eating.
finishes eating, getting up to take his plate to the sink.
William
thinks
Matthew is getting used to all of this, 'Have you been out exploring?'
shakes his head as he turns the water on. "I thought you'd come by if I left, so I stayed."
raises an eyebrow. 'You shouldn't just stay in because of that.' He stands up, putting his plate in the sink. 'Let's go see what you've done
for yourself... you have one of the most popular countries in the world so take the time to explore.'
takes Will's plate to scrub. "I am...? I'm going to be a country?"
thanks him, 'Yep. The second biggest one at that.' ((I think e_e;; ))
(Yep.) is amazed, only then turn away from the sink to hug onto Will. "That is amazing."
blinks in confusion, rubbing his back. 'That it is, you should be proud of yourself... you did it peacefully too.'
"I don't know if I'm ready to leave Mr. England, though..."
William
says
, 'You have a while yet... if it's 1801 by your watch.. I think you're long overdue a growth spurt.'
lets go of him. "You miss my older self?"
... nods a little, 'I like you seeing you like this too though...' He grins, ruffling his hair, 'You're a lot more innocent.'
flinches slightly at the hand, not expecting that. "Does it mean I'm bad when I get older?"
shakes his head... although he still remembers last night and will be leaving the note there for when Matthew is better e_e. 'I doubt you_
have a bad bone in your body.'
"Why were you naked in my bed?"
... 'I sleep naked.'
"In my bed?"
nods. 'It's too warm in your house.' Blatant lie e_e;; Although it should hopefully go over this Matthew's head.
"You did not seem happy with me when we met. Tell me what I did to upset you. You say you love me, so I'm going to believe that..."
... doesn't want to tell him. He starts drying his own plate, putting it away. 'It's nothing important.'
looks hurt by this, moving over to the table to close the food.
doesn't want to hurt him... but he doesn't want to tell him he grows up to cuff him against a bed. He sighs, 'You played a joke on me that_
went a little too far is all mate.'
blinks up at him. "So...then do what Mr. France and Mr. England would do. Return the joke."
shakes his head, 'It wouldn't be fair at the moment... you don't know what you've done.'
shakes his head. "Do it when I turn back, I mean."
smiles a bit, 'I think I will...'

thinks
for a moment. "Whatever I did...I'm sorry."
waves him off, 'It's not that bad...' Although his ego will probably be bruised for a loooong time.'
... "What if I stay like this forever?"
shakes his head, 'That won't happen mate.'
nods. "So what country am I?"
'Canada.'
"What about you?"
'Australia...'
"...Okay."
raises an eyebrow, 'It's below china...' He wonders if Canada knows what that is... 'Or the middle Kingdom... East Asia definitely.'
nods slowly, rubbing his eyes after.
blinks... mood verging on either worry or amusement depending on Matthew's answer, 'You're not tired, are ya?'
shook his head. "No."
... was kind of hoping he was. '... don't cry then mate, what would Al say eh? If he saw you.'
huffs at him, puffing out his cheeks. "I'm not crying. If you say I'm an adult, why are you treating me like such a child?" (To remind
himself not to molest Matt.)
(is totally treating Matthew like a child for that reason... he looks so molestable ;n; ) 'Well... I was wrong, you're not even legal and_
therefore still a child.' He pats both of Matthew's puffed out cheeks, smirking.
think vaguely that it's good he's not got any water in there 
pulls back. "Eh? What does that mean, being legal? You even said I was grown up, now."
doesn't want to explain that... really. 'Means you can't drink or smoke because you're only 15.' He crosses his arms, 'And even if you are_
grown up most of the time doesn't mean that you are at this precise moment.' He sounds like England e_e'
blinks at him. "Drinking and smoking...? That doesn't make someone an adult. I drink water all the time."
.... 'Alcohol mate... this is why I treat you like a kid.'
"I drink ale..." Sometimes.
raises an eyebrow.... even though he has no room to talk. Queue tutting. He's probably far too amused.
"Do I drink when I'm older?"
William
thinks
... 'Not as much as I do... I've only really seen you drink when I have...' He quickly adds, 'Or when you need a little dutch courage.'
blinks. "How can you see me drink when I'm not with you, anyway?"
... tilts his head, 'This is very true... but I don't think you're the type to drink alone in the dark... or are you?'

is
confused. "How would I know that?"
William
is
confused too... he ruffles the back of his own hair. 'Well... do you drink alone in the dark now?'
William
is
going to start fishing for things now that he can use against Matthew >3
shakes his head, "No. I just sit alone in the dark, if that counts."
... looks slightly sad for a moment before smiling, 'Then I doubt you drink all that much...'
"I see England drink...a lot. He says weird things."
shrugs that off, 'He says a lot of weird things... sober and drunk.'
nods. "I think that is true..."
nods nods, trying to look sage. 'But enough about him and his wrinkles.'
"Will we get married?"
... blinks, 'I.. I...' He blushes, 'I don't think we'd really be allowed to... we're nations. And I don't think you want to marry me...'
blinks. "So what was the Poland-Lithuanina Commonwealth?"
William
is
having to remember hated history lessons with England now. 'I don't think other countries would be happy if we joined together...'
frowned slightly. "Why not?"
William
thinks
... 'People would be worried we had too much power or money and influence? Borders.... for the most part are set in stone now.'
nods. "Oh. If we were people, would it be different? Well, it's not legal."
nods, 'It's legal now in most of your states!' He smiles, 'And in lots of other countries.'
looks surprised. "Is it legal in yours?"
puts his hands in his pocket, shaking his head. 'Not yet...'
"Oh...Well that's okay."
shakes his head, 'It isn't really... well I don't think so at least.' There is a small shrug, 'So... you gonna put those flowers in water?'
looks over at the flowers he set on the counter. "I guess I need something to keep them in."
nods... looking at them. 'Maybe there is a vase in the living room?'
goes running through his bottom cabinets, only to find one is full of them. .-.
... stares, '... You must get a lot of flowers, eh?' Not jealous, nope.
pulls one out of the cabinet. "I don't know. Maybe when I'm older I do?" he tries to guess.
just nods, 'Mayhaps.' He dumps the flower unceremoniously into the Vase, pouting.
takes notice of this, looking up at him. "What is the matter, Will?"
replies, 'Nothing.' And it really is nothing, just him being silly and dammit, why is he thinking about bloody tulips?
watches him for a moment. "Okay. Do you have any more questions...?"
William
thinks
... 'What... what are you scared of?' He's planning out this for the revenge joke.
blinks. "E-Eh...? I guess...the dark?"
William
thinks
. He's sure they've both been in the dark before... 'Thanks' He grins brightly, a mischievous streak to it.
does not like the look on his face. "Um...no problem."
smiles brightly... 'Ohh... and this might be a tad personal and all but... Do you like Handcuffs?' He's probably scarred Matthew for life >>
Matthew
is
very confused. "What is there to like about them?"
shakes his head, 'When you grow up mate.'
blinks. "Can you just...um...ask another question?"
shakes his head, 'I think that's all I need to know...'
nods. "Okay. Thank you for bringing supper and flowers."
nods, 'Alrighty... and mind, you just need to tug on a cord... no need to suffer in the dark, eh?'
nods again. "Okay."
