what exactly is uterus cleaning and how does a uterus get dirty?

haha seriously, i watched a house M.D. rerun yesterday and it had him like running his hands all over the dudes intestines...

and thats the image that pops into my head everytime i think about a uterus cleaning haha

it kind of groses me out, and like theres no point to it....but they do it!

the only times I have heard of uterus cleaning is when they clean stuff out after a miscarriage or abortion...

someone got their uterus wiped down with water and wash clothes after her c-section. i found it weird

i had a D&C and they didnt care about mine enough to wipe it down lol
