I don't think LL is out of line for leaning hard on the Emerald team, but I *DO* want them to become trusted once again. I miss my Emerald

One of the things I like about Emerald is it's handling of graphics...which makes me hesitant to pull the emkdu.

Emkdu was used by a member of the Emerald team to violate some users' privacy. It's proprietary, so others couldn't see what it was doing.

Third party viewers benefit LL, but Emerald had become a trojan horse.

And I have ethical problems with that. I loves my Emerald, yes I does, but being suckered into participating in a DDoS - not OK.

Emergence is exactly like Emerald. seriously.
