I think I hit another plateau in my training. The good thing about that is I might hit a burst of strength/endurance during basic training.

my first plateau was a few months ago
I couldn't run more than half a mile without having to stop
so I stopped going to the Y's track and jogged around here
and then just stopped jogging altogether for a week
when I went back to the Y's track, I could run a full mile, then a full mile and a half
I did the mile and a half in 13 minutes
I need to get it down to 11 minutes
