doesn't push him into conversation, Matt is doing him a favour by letting him stay afterall. He follows Matt, lost in his own thoughts.

loosens his tie when he gets into the house. "I'm going to get changed. I'll make you tea afterwords."

makes a face, 'I can do that myself... but thank you.' He wanders off to the kitchen thinking he's not there to be a bother.

simply trying to be a good host. He goes to get changed into the usual thing, coming out somewhat hesitantly. Things seem to be tense.

prepares said coffee at about noon, hanging about the kitchen and reading the book Matthew got him to kill the time.
