oh it's a general strike, all over Italy. Everything is shut down today. All universities are striking for better study conditions

I'd have liked that when I was in college too. I never thought of striking though. So much to learn about Europe...

Same here, but they don't let us in.. So we get a day to relax.

glad you have a day off but it sounds like a stupid strike - students don't know how lucky they have it

and that's from someone that worked my way though 3 college degrees of my own and 2 of my husbands
