Tired from a long week at work, Arthur rubbed the back of his neck as he entered the bar. Spotting a familiar mop of red, unruly hair

sitting at the counter, the Brit pauses at the door, debating whether to go in or not. Its not that he didn't *dislike* his

brother.... He just didn't like him.

Sholto mumbled under his breathe. "Sholto do this....Sholto do that...Sholto these reports arent right!!!!SHOLTO SHOLT SHOLT!!!!!

YOU WOULD THINK THESE PEOPLE COULDNT DO ANYTHING!!!!" He slams a fist onto the bar. Sholto grabs the beer and takes a huge gulp of it.

Yep, that was Arthur's cue to head out the door as quietly as he could, there was no way he was going to drink with his brother here. Sadly,

the bartender called out to him, freezing him in place as he reached for the door knob once more. Damn that man....

Sholto looked behind him and saw his brother. He put on a slight annoyed smirk and called out to him. "hey bro come have a few drinks!"

He smirked nowin his bro couldnt keep down liquer well

Damn, damn, damn it all! All he wanted to do was relax after a long week of work,not deal with his older brother...Arthur glares slightly at

Sholto before raising his nose up and scoffing. "Well, *bro*," He mocks, having never liked the use of that title, "-If you

insist, I suppose I shall."

Sholto's smirk turns down to a glower at his little brothers snobby tone. He had always been a priss. He looks at the

bartender and orders the strongest drink for Arthur. He pulls out a bar stool beside him

"come sit little brother."

Reluctantly, the Brit makes his way to the counter and situates himself on the stool, leaning away from the red

head. "How have you been?" He asked, even though he didn't really care, but he had to pass time some how as he waited for his drink...

Sholto takes a big swig of his beer. Work sucked as usual. My boss doesnt know how to manage his staff very well.

His peircing green eyes gl;are at Arthur thru his red hair.

Arthur glares slightly back at the jab. He should just fire the bastard, God knows what was keeping him from it. "Oh, well that's too

bad." Arthur retorted as his drink was finally delivered to him. He sipped it slowly, not wanting to take it all in at once.

Sholto smirks and looks up at the silent game again. Without taking his eyes off the screen his says

"I hear ur little girl got knocked up by that idiot fancis." his smirk disappearing as he says it. Concern and agrivation replacing it.

Arthur almost choked on his drink. "W-*WHAT*?!" He had obviously not heard this news. "She isn't-..! She'd never! Y-You're just

screwing with me! She's too innocent!"

Sholto turns to him and frowns. The concern now mixed with intrest. You didnt hear? Francis told me.

Sholto shivers at the memory. "He went into great detail about that night." I told him he better shut it half way through or id kill him

for telling me about this."

A bit alarmed, Arthur quickly snapped open his mobile phone and hops of the stool to go stand in a corner privately, though his vivid curses

could be heard quite well. He continued this angry manner till he clicked his phone shut. He walked back over to his brother and sat back

down taking a sip of his beer. "That stupid wine bastard," Arthur sneered, in complete loathing for the Frenchman. "He was trying

to 'up his ego' by saying he 'knocked up the boss's daughter'. The moment I get my hands on him-...." The Englishman

took a large swig of the liquor, planning his revenge against the frog.

Sholto sigh and puts a steady hand on his brothers shoulder. He shakes his head softly. His brother always did have a temper.

"Arthur just be glad he didnt actually knock her up. I'll take care of him for you. I was gana kill him anyway for doing that to my

neice. So might as well kill two birds with one fist." He chuckle darkly at his own pun.

"Be my guest." Arthur sighed as well. "If I didn't need his flamboyant French arse, I'd fire him right out of his position..." He couldn't

help but let out another sigh before taking another swig of the beer, starting to feel its effects on his mind.

The Scot laughed hard at his brother. He rubbed his brothers back then took his hand away. "Take it easy with that stuff."

He looked at his brother with mild concern. Arthur may being an annoying prissy stuck up englishman but he was still his little brother.

Arthur placed his beer moisten lips on the rim of the cold glass. "If ya' wanted me to go easy on it, you would o'baught me

a lighter one." He mumbled, the alcohol affecting his speech.

Sholto laughs richly and slapped his brother lightly on the back. "It's just that I love watching u get drunk!!!"

Arthur stumbled a bit in his seat at the rough slap on his back, spilling a bit of his beer on his hand earning his brother an icy

glare. "Well, excuse me if I can't hold my liquor as well as ya'..." He grumbled before sipping the beer.

That caused another bout of laughter from Sholto. He shakes his head and finishes his own beer. He orders Arthur a lighter drink

and another beer for himself. Him not being affected at all.

Furrowing his eyebrows, Arthur mumbles something about his brother being a bastard with no limit or brain cells and finishes his first

drink before starting on the lighter one.

Sholto tenses with anger. He switches the light drink with his super stong beer while ur turned. He smirks darkly.

He didnt even know why he tried to be nice to the little English buggar. He was always a pain and never nboticed the little showing of care.

He sighs deeply but smirks at6 his trick

The current mind state of the Englishman couldn't even tell the difference between the two drinks as he sipped his brother's

drink. "Goddamn it.." He curses as the team on the telly he was silently rooting for just let their opponent

score. He continued to drink the stronger liquor obliviously.

Sholto laughed to himself silently seeing his brothers obliviousness. He flinchs hearing that nagging voice in the

back of his head. "BE NICE TO YOUR LITTLE BROTHER! ALWAYS MAKE SURE ARTHUR DOES THE RIGHT THING!!! BE A GOOD ROLE MODEL FOR ARTHUR!!!"

He sighed knowing that their mother would be chastizing him for the prank if she was here.

When his brother sits his drink down he changes it back to the light drink.

To bad the mind state of his little brother had already been affected greatly. "Goddamn it! s'ball right bloody there! I could

kick't! The bloke dun know wut he's doin'!" The Brit lolls back into his seat, fuming at the football team. "This's fuckin' stupid...."

Sholto sighs but laughs softly at his brothers drunkenness. "Do u want me to drive u home lil' bro?"

Right as he says it a hot girl comes into the bar. Her dark raven hair slipping slightly beyond her waist and her eyes large, breown and los

t. She softly asks the bartender where this place is. I watch her silently.

"Why'd ya hafta drive me home?" Arthur complains, whining slightly and completely oblivious to the girl. He turns back to

his beer and sips it dry.

Sholto turns back to Arthur. "Cause ur drunk. How many fingers am i holding up?" I hold up two.

Arthur squints his green eyes at the fingers, pouting and furrowing his eyebrows in concentration and thought. After a few seconds he swats

Sholto's hand away. "Its'stupid question." He slurs, not giving his brother an answer.

Sholto laughs softly. "Just like I thought. I'm taking you home before you cause some real damage." He stands

and goes behind Arthur and grabs under his arms and hoists him up and supports him on his own shoulder.

"O-O-OI!" Arthur struggles in his brother's grasp as he is hoisted out of his seat. "I dun wanna go~!" He whined, flailing

his arms around like a stubborn toddler.

Sholto leans in till his lips are close to his brothers ear. "Now now little brother dont u want to act properly for this nice little girl

thats in here? Now you have a choice. You can either walk out with some dignity with my help or I can carry you out myself over my shoulder?

Take your pick. And remember that that nice young lady is behind us."

Arthur turns his head to look at the lady behind them, blinking for a few seconds before smirking deviously at her.

"'ello there~," The Brit purrs out, obviously completely drunk.

Sholto laughs at his brothers obvious drunken attempt at flirting. He looks back at the girl. "I'm sorry about him

He doesnt know how to hold down his drink or talk to a pretty lady yet. My deepest apologies." He knods his head slightly in an apologetic

way.

Arthur frowned at his brother, still trapped in his grasp. "Oi! I d'to! I can quote Wiiiiiilliam Shake-....Shake-..." The Brit

scrunches his nose having a mental laps on the name. "...Milkshake."

Sholto laughs hard. "You can olny quote him if you remember his friggin name lil' brother. Its william Shakespear."

He looks back at the girl. He rolls his eyes and she giggles.

Arthur lolls his head to the side. "From off a hill whose'concave womb reworded! A plaintful story from a sist'ring vale, my spirits

t'attend this double voice accorded..an'down I laid t'list the sad-tuned tale, ere long espied a fickle maid

full pale~" When you got Arthur quoting Shakespeare, you know he's not going to stop...

He sighs and puts his hand over his brothers mouth. "Arthur your over doing it."

The drunken Brit giggles and licks the Scotsman's hand.He was most likely not going to remember tonight and blame everything on his brother.

The Scot gasps and drops his brother hard on the ground. He frowns disgustedly at his hand and wipes it on his pants

He glares down at his brother. "There is no doubt your the youngest! You leave me no choice!" He picks his brother up roughlyand

hoists him over his shoulder. He looks at the girl and apologizes again. He walks out the door and goes towards his truck.

Arthur continues his poem where he had left off and flails lightly around on his brother's shoulder. Good thing it was his break day

tomorrow, because he was going to have a massive hang over in the morning...

Sholto opens the door to his truck and sits his brother down in the seat. He buckles him in and closes the door. Sholto walks over open his

door and gets in. The truck sputter to life reluctantly. Sholto starts towards his brother house annoyed but slightly amused.

Arthur stares aimlessly at everything, the alcohol making all of it more interesting than they really were. After a few minutes of silence,

the Brit starts swatting his hand over his own head grumbling in annoyance.

Sholto never takes his eyes off the road. "Brother what are you doing anyway? You will hurt yourself if you keep hitting yourself in the

head."

"nnn... fairies won't leave me alone..." Arthur whines, pouting and continuing to swat the air in annoyance. "Quit it..!"

Sholto sticks out one hand carefully and lowers his hand gently and pationtly. "Brother i bet if you went to sleep they would leave."

His tone gentle and patient

"They never leave me alone," He pouts and covers his head with both of his arms stubbornly protecting it from the fairies. "Not even at

work...." Arthur did truly believe in fairies, not that he would tell anyone that. He would never hear the end of it at the office if

everyone found out.

Sholto glances at Arthur concerned and sighs remembering their child hood and his brother always going on about the faries

He seriously considered getting a counselor for his brother, nut knew it would crush his pride.

He pulled up to his brotherss prim house and stopped the truck and turned it off.

Arthur somehow manages to unbuckle himself without any trouble (unlike the last time...) and stumbles ungracefully out of the truck.

Sholto gets out and comes around the truck and closes the door behind his brother. He puts his brothers arm over his shoulder and

helps him up the stairs to the door. He takes the spare key and unlocks the door. Sholto then helps Arthur into the house and shuts the door

behind them. He sets arthur down gently in a chair.
