沒記錯的話你姐有噗過,記得頗高級

1. 2lb ground beef + 1 egg + diced cheese + diced onion + meat marinate of your choice

2. Mix until even, add salt and pepper to taste

3. Divide into 6-8 balls

4. Slap the balls from hand to hand to make the meat tender, until it's patty shape.

5. Warp in cling wrap and put in fridge for 1 hr before eating...Freeze the rest.

我覺得用小火烤肉架烤的比較會juicy, 但是如果沒有的話, 用Foreman Grill也可. 媽媽有一台都沒有在用.
